uwu lost the poster, took me weeks to get them to even acknowledge the fact it's missing, so I forced a refund since I had little to no faith, they would even replace it or send the correct item.
They ended up sending a replacement anyway, they ended up sending the wrong item.
So received the Strawb Neet poster and mouse pad back in May. They are both really amazing but the poster was suppose to be signed. Contacted Strawb and she had not even received the posters to sign when mine was shipped. She got in contact with 10gan from UWU and he said that the posters were improperly marked when it first launched and assured her that everyone who got the unsigned one would receive a signed one. It is now mid September and I haven't received a signed poster yet!
Uwumarket lost my order, then spent a month trying to gaslight me about what happened.
It took me, 3 email chains and 20 odd days just to get them to admit fault.
