UwU Market Exchange & Refund Policy

Size Exchanges:
At UwU Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to exchange an item, we are happy to offer store credit within 5 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us promptly to open an exchange ticket. Kindly note:

• Only one exchange per order is permitted.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to UwU Market.

Once the returned item(s) are received, we will process them within 7 business days. After processing, a new order will be created with the requested size. Please be aware that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subscription Products:
For subscription products, including size changes or subscription box updates, all requests must be submitted within 36 hours of the original order placement, including follow-ups with our support team. Any requests received after this 36-hour window will not be accepted under any circumstances, as the order will have already entered our production process.

Refund Policy:
We enforce a no-refund policy, and all sales are final. This policy also applies to pre-orders, subscription products, and limited-time items.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
