At UwU Market, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we will gladly offer store credit within 5 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to open an exchange ticket. Please note that we can only process one exchange per order. Also, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to UWU Market.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process it within 7 business days. Once processing is completed, we will create a new order with the new size requested. Please note that initial shipping charges are not credited.
Any and all inquiries regarding making an update for your subscription product such as size exchange or subscription box change, must be made up to 36 hours after the original order placement (including responses to our support team if needed). Any requests or responses made that exceed 36 hour from the original order placement will not be accepted, no exceptions. Once this time period has exceeded, your order will be unable to be changed and has begun our production process.
We maintain a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. This includes all pre-order products/Subscription products and limited time items. If you believe there is a defect with your item(s), please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted. When contacting us, please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
