I love it but it came damaged on both sides. It's got scratches and bubbles
It was very comfortable. I usually order from Gamersupps because of their great quality. However you guys delivered a very slightly worse product at much better price. Which is great for me and I'll be buying from you guys in the future to come.

The plushie feels sturdy, yet soft. Definitely amazing quality and I love how cute the plushie looks. On top of that, thank you for the free acrylic keychain. I do hope to make more purchases in the later future

Took a while to get here but honestly, loving this little creature
Quality is good but for price it's not that great,since another custom plush maker makes them much bigger for the same cost. Mine did come with a loose thread from what I first thought, but when I wiped at it, it was just a random piece of thread. I wasn't happy when the other Berry Crepe fans got their petition plush bonus sticker and I didn't. Next time include it with the plushie so I don't have to email you for it. BTW Berry wasn't happy that I didn't get the sticker with said plushie,DO BETTER!!!.
Also I better not open my other plush package just to see that I didn't get my sticker & acrylic keychain, when it gets made and shipped out. I pledged the $2 and we reached 2 stretch goals and I expect to get those items with the plushie and not have to wait 2 weeks just for them to be shipped separately.
Will be the first thing up when i move into my apartment. Absolutely love this one. Just took forever to get to me.
