Complete scam. I ordered on October 11th 2024 and didn't receive my item until January 2nd after an exhausting back-and-forth with support to even get it shipped, and I didn't even receive the item I paid for?? I feel as though there was no intention to ship the item, and they were just hoping customers wouldn't say anything. This item likely doesn't even exist. I only received the "free" keychain part of my order. The order slip doesn't even match the price I paid. It cost me almost $20 for nothing. Quality of the keychain was poor as well and shipped with no protection. Please don't order from here and definitely do not collaborate with this company.
