To maintain the highest quality of our products, we make each order to order, which may take longer depending on size and complexity. Our refund policy is firm - refunds are not permitted, except in cases where there is a defect with the merchandise. Any claims related to merchandise defects must be made within 5 days of delivery. We maintain this policy because all of our products are made-to-order and tailored specifically for each individual order. Our goal is to have your items produced within 30 days of creating your order. However, during high volume order dates, such as holiday months, production times may increase. We create each item after the order is placed, and all of our items are handcrafted in-house to ensure the highest quality.

An email link to manage your subscription is automatically sent via email when your purchase uwubox. You may also go to the My account tab located on the uwu market home page and access your subscriptions or choose to resend the portal link. You can manage your subscription and view billing dates through the customer portal link.

UwU Box offers a wide range of handcrafted items, including clothing, keychains, stickers, and much more. Every month, we collaborate with a new creator to bring you a unique selection of products, all produced in-house at our warehouse.
UwU Box you receive will correspond to the month of your purchase date. For instance, if you place an order on March 31, 2022, you will receive the March UwU Box. However, if you place an order on April 1, 2022, you will receive the April UwU Box.
