All items are handcrafted in house by a our team in Richardson, Texas. All order are made to order and each item is produced once the order has been created. Some orders take longer depending on size and complexity. We want to continue to keep our products made in house to ensure the highest quailty. :)
All exchange requests can be made either through our returns/exchanges link( https://uwumarket.returnscenter.com/ ) or by contacting us directly at email@example.com. All returns must be made within the return period window and will result in store credit.
We maintain a strict no refund policy. Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. All claims must be made within 5 days of recieving delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. We maintain a strict refund policy due to that fact that we are made to order and create each product specifically for the order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.
Please email us at email@example.com for any concerns regarding the cancellation of an order. UwUBox subscription cancellation can be done via your customer portal link that has been sent via confirmation email.
We are a made to order company and continue to work on improving production times. We aim to produce items within 30 days of order creation. High volume order dates such as holiday months may cause an increase in production times. Order items are produced once an order is created and all items are handcrafted in house to ensure the highest quality. :)
Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for address changes. We are unable to change the address on orders that have already shipped.
We ship orders worldwide. Some shipping carriers may limited depending on the recieving country's policy.
UwU Box Subscription
An email link to manage your subscription is automatically sent via email when your purchase uwubox. You may also go to the My account tab located on the uwu market home page and access your subscriptions or choose to resend the portal link. You can manage your subscription and view billing dates through the customer portal link.

UwU Box will feature a variety of items such as clothing, keychain, stickers and much more! Each month will feature a new creator and a change of items that are hand crafted in our warehouse.
You will receive the month that correlates with your purchase date.
EXAMPLE: AN ORDER PLACED ON 3/31/22 WILL RECEIVE THE MARCH UWU BOX. AN ORDER PLACED ON 4/1/22 WILL RECEIVE THE APRIL UWU BOX.
All UwU boxes begin shipping after the month has closed out. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production/shipment once the month has ended and all orders are finalized.
