Understanding Production Time for Made-to-Order Items

At our company, we take pride in creating high-quality products that are made to order. This means that each item is crafted specifically for our customers, ensuring that they receive a unique and personalized product. However, this also means that production time is necessary to create each item.

Production Time

We ask that our customers please allow up to 30 business days for the production of their order. This time allows us to carefully craft each item with attention to detail and quality. We believe that the extra time spent on production is worth it to ensure that our customers receive a product that they will love and cherish.

Made-to-Order Process

Our made-to-order process begins as soon as an order is placed. We do not keep pre-made inventory on hand, which allows us to offer a wider range of customization options and ensures that each item is made with care. Once an order is received, our team begins the production process, which includes sourcing materials, cutting and sewing fabric, and adding any requested embellishments or personalization.


We understand that waiting for a product can be difficult, which is why we strive to keep our customers informed throughout the production process. We will send updates on the status of the order and notify customers when the item is ready to ship. If there are any delays or issues with production, we will communicate this information promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our refund policy is firm - refunds are not permitted. Any claims related to merchandise defects must be made within 5 days of delivery. We maintain this policy because all of our products are made-to-order and tailored specifically for each individual order. Our goal is to have your items produced within 30 business days of creating your order. However, during high volume order dates, such as holiday months, production times may increase. We create each item after the order is placed, and all of our items are handcrafted in-house to ensure the highest quality.



To request an address change, please reach out to us directly at Kindly note that we are unable to update the address on orders that have already been shipped.


We offer worldwide shipping, but certain shipping carriers may be limited based on the policies of the destination country.


UwU Box Subscription

Any and all inquiries regarding making an update for your subscription product such as size exchange or subscription box change, must be made up to 36 hours after the original order placement (including responses to our support team if needed). Any requests or responses made that exceed 36 hours from the original order placement will not be accepted, no exceptions. Once this time period has exceeded, your order will be unable to be changed and has begun our production process.

UwU Box offers a wide range of handcrafted items, including clothing, keychains, stickers, and much more. Every month, we collaborate with a new creator to bring you a unique selection of products, all produced in-house at our warehouse.


UwU Box you receive will correspond to the month of your purchase date. For instance, if you place an order on March 31, 2022, you will receive the March UwU Box. However, if you place an order on April 1, 2022, you will receive the April UwU Box.
